Before you commit.
Why can't I just sign up directly?
Because we'd be selling blind. Every site gets a free review first so we can recommend the right plan, and flag anything that should be fixed before a care plan makes sense. You get the signup link with our honest recommendation.
What counts as a bug fix?
Something that worked and stopped: a broken layout, a plugin conflict, a form that won't send. Larger improvements and new features are quoted separately as fixed-price projects, so you'll always know which is which before we start.
Do you support sites you didn't build?
Yes. Most care plan sites were built by someone else. The free review tells us (and you) exactly what shape the site is in before we take responsibility for it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your site, your call. We just ask for notice before the next billing cycle.
