Most small fixes fall into the lower pricing tier and are often quoted within a few hours. You’ll always see the exact fixed price before work starts—no hourly rates, no uncertainty.
Do you charge extra for urgent or same-day work?
No. Fast turnaround is the default. We don’t charge rush fees or add-ons. If we accept your project, the quoted price already includes same-day handling whenever possible.
Are there any subscription fees or long-term commitments?
No. All project-based work is pay-as-you-go with no subscriptions required. The only recurring cost we offer is optional maintenance plans, which you can cancel at any time.
Do you provide estimates before I submit access credentials?
Yes. You can request a price estimate without providing any access. Credentials are only needed after you approve the fixed-price quote and want us to begin work.
