Every job is quoted at a fixed price before work begins. No hourly billing and no charges for scope creep. The price you approve is the price you pay, and if the work takes longer than we estimated, we absorb it.
Can I get a price before sharing any logins?
Yes. Describe the problem and we'll quote it without any access. We only ask for logins after you approve the quote.
Do you charge extra for urgent work?
Usually not. Most urgent fixes are done the same day at the normal price. A rush fee only applies to truly urgent jobs, depending on our availability, and your estimate always says so before you approve.
Who will work on my project?

What if something breaks after you finish?
If something we built or fixed breaks within 30 days through no fault of your own, we fix it free.
